Football Recap: Wayne County Falls to Glynn Academy in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Wayne County kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 38-14 to the Glynn Academy Terrors. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

Sean Wallace was a one-man wrecking crew For Glynn Academy. as he rushed for 144 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wayne County will venture away from home to challenge Brunswick at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Glynn Academy, they will head out to face off against Richmond Hill at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
