Volleyball Recap: Carlisle County Takes a Loss

Carlisle County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Ballard Memorial Bombers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bombers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

Carlisle County's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Ballard Memorial, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carlisle County will face off against Hickman County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ballard Memorial, they will head out to face off against Graves County at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
