Softball Recap: Valwood Valiants vs. Brookwood Warriors
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Citizens Christian Academy, Valwood was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Brookwood Warriors by a score of 12-9. For the Valiants, this counts as revenge for the 10-9 loss the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September.
Hali Thomas made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits.
