Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Garden Valley walked away with it. They blew past the Camas County Mushers 62-32 on Saturday. The Wolverines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Madix Miller was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 19 points and 11 boards. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Trevor Corn, who posted ten points along with eight rebounds and four steals.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Garden Valley, bringing their record for this year to 18-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.5 points. As for Camas County, they moved to 12-11 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Garden Valley will take on Cascade at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cascade will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Garden Valley surely won't give up without a fight. Camas County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
