Baseball Game Preview: Jellico Blue Devils vs. Sunbright Tigers

For the second straight game, Jellico will face off against Sunbright. The Blue Devils will face off against the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering Jellico has lost seven straight at home (dating back to last season) and Sunbright 11 straight on the road (also dating back to last season), this one might come down to who's more desperate to change their momentum.

Jellico is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They fell just short of Sunbright by a score of 14-13 on Monday.

For Sunbright's part, they let John Morgan and Justin Ballard run wild. Morgan scored two runs and stole three bases, while Ballard scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. Those two runs gave Morgan a new career-high. Levi Walker was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing three bases.

Sunbright's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-12. As for Jellico, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.
