Baseball Recap: Mohave Accelerated Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Mohave Accelerated's offense. They came up short against the Glendale Prep Academy Griffins on Thursday, falling 21-0. The shutout was out of character for the Patriots seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

This is the second loss in a row for Mohave Accelerated and nudges their season record down to 5-10. As for Glendale Prep Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2.

Coincidentally, Mohave Accelerated and Glendale Prep Academy will both be playing Wickenburg the next time they take the field. The Patriots will head out to face the Wranglers at 3:45 p.m. on Friday, while the Griffins will host them at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
