Volleyball Recap: King Takes a Loss + How To Watch

King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roosevelt Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 18-25, 25-15.

Jael Moore paced King's offense, picking up six kills. Moore got some help from Brielle Thompson and her ten assists. Angeline Morales and Olivia Manley kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

King's defeat dropped their record down to 13-19. As for Roosevelt, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

As of now, neither King nor Roosevelt have any future games scheduled.
