Softball Recap: Tatum Comes Up Short

Tatum lost against Arp last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tatum Eagles came up short against the Arp Tigers, falling 16-6. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tatum's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Arp, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-4.

Looking ahead, Tatum will face off against Gladewater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gladewater has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed nine runs per game on average), something Tatum will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Arp, they will square off against White Oak at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. White Oak will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.
