Trinity Academy lost to GRACE Christian back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Trinity Academy Tigers escaped with a win against the GRACE Christian Eagles by the margin of a single free throw, 55-54. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers who have now won three matches in a row.

Despite the loss, GRACE Christian still got an impressive performance from Michael Phillips II, who posted 23 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Malachi Tate, who had nine points and five rebounds.

Trinity Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for GRACE Christian, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-8.

Trinity Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-50 defeat against Sanderson on the 12th. As for GRACE Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 62-44 win against Cary Christian on the 13th.
