Volleyball Recap: Canyon Takes a Loss

Canyon lost against Lancaster back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cowboys fell 2-0 to the Eagles. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Canyon was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by two points or less. The final score came out to 27-25, 27-26.

Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 24-8. As for Lancaster, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-15.

Coming up, Canyon will take on Castaic at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lancaster, they will square off against Cajon at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
