Blair faced Bennington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Bears' defense stepped up to hand the Badgers a 3-0 shutout. Blair might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by three goals or more this season.

Brynn Ray and Cadence Field scored all three of Blair's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 50 goals.

Blair pushed their record up to 14-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Bennington, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 10-8.

As of now, neither Blair nor the Badgers have any future games scheduled.
