Baseball Game Preview: North River Christian Chargers vs. Coosa Valley Academy Rebels

North River Christian is 1-6 against Coosa Valley Academy since February of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The North River Christian Chargers will venture away from home to square off against the Coosa Valley Academy Rebels at 4:00 p.m.

North River Christian fell victim to Coosa Valley Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 15-0 to the Rebels. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Chargers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

For Coosa Valley Academy's part, they got a massive performance out of Jay Chapman, who scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Sam Setzer, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple.
