Baseball Recap: Pryor Tigers vs. Del City Eagles
With a playoff game on the line, Pryor rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They never let the Del City Eagles onto the board and left with a 16-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for Pryor as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Gavin Roberts was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
Pryor's win bumped their record up to 22-12. As for Del City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 18 of their last 20 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-28 record this season.
As of now, neither Pryor nor Del City have any future games scheduled.
