Volleyball Recap: Oneida Nation Comes Up Short

Oneida Nation was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Gresham Community Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunderhawks of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-11.

Oneida Nation's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Gresham Community, they pushed their record up to 10-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Oneida Nation wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Port Edwards on the 11th. As for Gresham Community, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Northland Lutheran on the 11th.
