Clear Creek won the last time they faced Union Colony Prep and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Golddiggers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Timberwolves. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golddiggers.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Clear Creek was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 25-15.

Their offense was headlined by Grace Middleton and Kambrey Martin, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Shauna Moutray and her 13 assists. Martin was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Despite the loss, Union Colony Prep saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Dulce Morales had 21 digs. Morales is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Clear Creek's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Union Colony Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.
