 The Doral Academy Firebirds will head out on the road to  square off against  the South Broward Bulldogs at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Doral Academy will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.
 In what's become a running theme this season, Doral Academy gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Friday. They put the hurt on TERRA Environmental with a sharp  10-0 win. That's two games straight that Doral Academy has won by  exactly ten  runs.
  Aaron Elissalt looked comfortable as he  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (he also didn't allow any  walks).
 On the hitting side,  Michael Torres was a standout: he scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Leandro Hernandez, who  went 1-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI.
 Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought  contest, but South Broward had to settle for  a  6-5 defeat against Nova on Wednesday. South Broward has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
  Dante Hernandez and  Francisco Gomez-Haedo did some serious damage despite the final result:  Hernandez  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-4, while  Gomez-Haedo  went 3-for-3 with two  RBI.  Keniel Marrero was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 Even though they lost, South Broward  didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and  finished the game with ten  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Nova only tossed five.
 Doral Academy pushed their record up to 18-1 with that  victory, which was their fourth straight  on the road dating back to last season. As for South Broward, they now  have a losing record at 8-9-1.
 Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging  on Tuesday. Doral Academy hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season,  having  averaged 1.4  home runs per game. However, it's not like South Broward struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 0.4. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
 Everything went Doral Academy's way against South Broward when the teams last played  back in May of 2021 as Doral Academy made off with  a  10-0 win. Will Doral Academy repeat their success,  or does  South Broward have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
