Silver Creek won the last time they faced Skyline, and Luke Schmeeckle did his part to make sure it happened again. The Silver Creek Raptors walked away with a 66-56 victory over the Skyline Falcons on Friday thanks in part to Schmeeckle, who went 9-for-15 en route to 24 points and six boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game.

Henry Pendergrass was another key player, putting up ten points and five rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 60% in the last four games he's played.

Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dj Swan, who went 6-for-14 on his way to 18 points along with six assists and five boards. Swan continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Johnny McCray, who went 7-for-14 to rack up 17 points.

Silver Creek's win bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Skyline, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season.

Silver Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 83-81 defeat against Pomona on the 22nd. Skyline does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
