Baseball Recap: Shikellamy Takes a Loss

Shikellamy's last matchup with Mifflinburg could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Wednesday. Shikellamy lost 11-2 to Mifflinburg. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Braves couldn't push the score so high this time.

Shikellamy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chayse Snyder, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Shikellamy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mifflinburg, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shikellamy will welcome North Schuylkill at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Mifflinburg, they will host Milton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
