There's no place like home for Fayetteville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They put the hurt on the Alabama School for the Deaf Silent Warriors with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. The win was some much needed relief for the Wolves as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Fayetteville took every set by at least 16 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-9, 25-5.

Fayetteville can attribute much of their success to Alaina Griffin, who had five aces and three digs. That's the most aces Griffin has posted over her last six contests.

Fayetteville's victory bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Alabama School for the Deaf, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Fayetteville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Wadley on the 16th. Alabama School for the Deaf does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
