Baseball Game Preview: Adna Pirates vs. Toledo Indians

For the second straight game, Adna will face off against Toledo. The Pirates will venture away from home to face off against the Indians at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Adna will come into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

On Wednesday, Adna got the win against Toledo by a conclusive 14-4. Considering the Pirates have won 15 games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Adna got a massive performance out of Danner Hoinowski, who went 2-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and one triple. That's the most stolen bases Hoinowski has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Beau Miller, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Adna pushed their record up to 18-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their hitting performance: the team's won by an average of 10.5 runs thus far. As for Toledo, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-5 record.
