Schenck and Stearns pushed the score to 14-9 the last time they played Stearns, but on Tuesday defenses reigned supreme. The Wolverines never let the Minutemen get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-9 back in April.

Schenck's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Stearns, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Schenck will take on Lee Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Stearns, they will square off against Penquis Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Minutemen are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
