Judson entered their tilt with Steele on Tuesday with 23 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 24. They took down the Steele Knights 51-36. Given the Rockets' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked sixth, while the Knights are ranked 42nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Judson pushed their record up to 31-1 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.1 points per game. As for Steele, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 22-7 record.

Coincidentally, Judson and Steele will both be playing San Marcos the next time they take the court. Judson will head out to face San Marcos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Steele will host them at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th.
