Softball Recap: Caravel Academy Find Success

Caravel Academy won the last time they faced North East and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Buccaneers walked away with a 7-2 win over the Indians. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Buccaneers.

The team relied heavily on Zayda Rocke, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

Caravel Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for North East, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Coming up, Caravel Academy will welcome Bohemia Manor at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Buccaneers surely won't give up without a fight. As for North East, they will head out on the road to take on Elkton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians are facing the Golden Elks at the right time seeing as the Golden Elks are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
