Soccer Recap: Carrboro Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Carrboro duked it out with Chapel Hill on Monday. The Jaguars fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2. Carrboro haven't had much luck with Chapel Hill recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Carrboro's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Chapel Hill, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carrboro will venture away from home to take on Northern Durham at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chapel Hill, they will take on Williams at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Chapel Hill's defense better be ready for this one: Williams have averaged an impressive 3 goals per game this season.
