Forest Hills Eastern won the last time they faced Forest Hills Central and things went their way on Monday too. The Hawks walked away with a 5-2 win over the Rangers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Raena Scully was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching six innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted over her last nine contests.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Sophia Tabin, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Forest Hills Eastern's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Forest Hills Central, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
