Lansing Christian lost against Pewamo-Westphalia back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pilgrims took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates. The Pilgrims' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Evah Foster paced Lansing Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Foster got some help from Ainsley Pelle and her nine assists. Alyssa Shank controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Lansing Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6-4 record this season.

Lansing Christian's road trip will continue as they head out to face Potterville at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, they will square off against Gull Lake at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
