Volleyball Recap: Canyon Springs Comes Up Short

Canyon Springs lost against Perris back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cougars came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Canyon Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Perris, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Canyon Springs will take on Lakeside at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars are facing the Lancers at the right time seeing as the Lancers are stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Perris, they will face off against Orange Vista at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
