Mesa Ridge is a perfect 10-0 against Palmer since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Grizzlies will head out to take on the Terrors at 4:00 p.m. The contest will give Mesa Ridge their first taste of in-conference action this season.

On Monday, Mesa Ridge didn't have quite enough to beat Pueblo South and fell 7-6.

Brandon Bittner and Ozcar Walker stepped up to the plate in a big way. Bittner scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Walker went 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. Mesa Ridge is 2-1 when Bittner posts two or more stolen bases, but 1-7 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriel Montijo, who went 1-for-4 with one home run.

Mesa Ridge took their victory against Palmer in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 20-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Grizzlies since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
