Franklin County is a perfect 10-0 against Staunton River since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Franklin County will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Franklin County proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past Alleghany 2-1.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Staunton River's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They came up short against Lord Botetourt, falling 3-0.

Staunton River's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Franklin County, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Everything went Franklin County's way against Staunton River in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Franklin County made off with a 3-0 win. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Golden Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
