Soccer Recap: Shadow Mountain Takes a Loss

Shadow Mountain was the 1-0 winner over Peoria when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Shadow Mountain Matadors came up short against the Peoria Panthers on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss leaves the Matadors without a win on the season.

Shadow Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Peoria, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Safford the next time they take the pitch. Shadow Mountain will head out to face Safford at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, while Peoria will head out to face them at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
