Football Game Recap: Pelham vs. Milford

Milford won the last time they faced Pelham, and things went their way on Friday, too. Milford put the hurt on Pelham with a sharp 35-14 win. 35 seems to be a good number for Milford as the squad scooped up a win with the same point total in their previous contest.

Milford started the match off right with 21 first-half points. Pelham came up with 6 to make it 21-6 heading into the break. The Milford defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. The game brought them to 2-1 and dropped Pelham to a mirror-image 1-2.

Milford will look to defend their home turf next week against St. Thomas Aquinas at 7:00 PM. As for Pelham, they will face off against Merrimack Valley.
