Basketball Game Preview: Graham Local Falcons vs. Lehman Catholic Cavaliers

The Graham Local Falcons and the Lehman Catholic Cavaliers will face off at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Graham Local has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Lehman Catholic will arrive with six straight wins.

On Friday, Graham Local ended up a good deal behind North Union and lost 58-39. While the Falcons didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wildcats 14-9 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Lehman Catholic posted their biggest victory since February 6th on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 50-29 margin over Covington. Given the Cavaliers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 29th, while the Buccs are ranked 440th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Graham Local's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Lehman Catholic, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.
