Volleyball Recap: Bethel Academy Takes a Loss

Bethel Academy managed to slip by Training Center Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Bethel Academy lost 3-0 to Training Center Christian on Monday. Bethel Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Bethel Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Training Center Christian work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-15, 25-23.

Gabi Wimsatt went supernova For Training Center Christian., getting ten aces. That's the most aces Wimsatt has posted since September 4th.

Bethel Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Training Center Christian, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 3-8-1.

Bethel Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Training Center Christian, they will take on Fort Scott Christian Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
