Volleyball Recap: Birch Run Victorious + How To Watch

While Birch Run's victory against Ovid-Elsie wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers skirted past the Marauders 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since August 23rd.

Birch Run was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-18, 24-26, 25-12, 15-8.

Birch Run is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-10-2 record this season. As for Ovid-Elsie, their loss dropped their record down to 17-9-2.

Coming up, Birch Run will be taking part in a tournament against St. Johns at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Ovid-Elsie, they will challenge Montrose at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
