Volleyball Game Preview: Unity Christian Academy Phoenix vs. Dwight Trojans

The Unity Christian Academy Phoenix will head out on the road to face off against the Dwight Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Unity Christian Academy came up short against Morgan Park Academy and fell 2-0. The Phoenix have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Dwight narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Gardner-South Wilmington 2-1. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Dwight had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-21, 25-22.

Dwight now has a winning record of 16-15. As for Unity Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
