Soccer Recap: Waccamaw Falls Short Against Ranked Philip Simmons

Waccamaw faced Philip Simmons in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Warriors fell just short of the Iron Horses by a score of 2-1. Waccamaw were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Philip Simmons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Waccamaw's goal came courtesy of Jason Green-Adams, who's now up to 13 this season.
