Baseball Game Preview: Wabash Apaches vs. Whitko Wildcats

The Wabash Apaches will venture away from home to face off against the Whitko Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Wabash is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Logansport hit Wabash with a five-run third inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Apaches took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Berries.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Whitko's offense. They came up short against Manchester on Monday, falling 6-0. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Whitko saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Easton Grable, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one double.

Whitko's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Wabash, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.
