Diller-Odell lost to Pawnee City back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Griffin came out on top in a nail-biter against the Indians, sneaking past 2-1.

In the two sets Diller-Odell was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-9, 25-14.

Diller-Odell's win bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Pawnee City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-11.

Looking ahead, Diller-Odell will be taking part in a tournament against Johnson-Brock at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Pawnee City, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer on the 9th.
