Soccer Game Preview: Alcovy vs. Piedmont Academy

The Alcovy Tigers will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Piedmont Academy Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Alcovy is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They lost 10-0 to Eastside last Tuesday. The Tigers have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Alcovy's loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

As for Piedmont Academy, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished 5-13.
