Softball Recap: Antioch Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Antioch had lost seven games at home, but after bumping their record up to 4-11 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Deer Valley Wolverines as they made off with a 12-1 win. The matchup marked the Panthers' most dominant victory of the season.

As for Deer Valley, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Deer Valley's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rosalyn Zermeno, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.
