Baseball Recap: Salisbury Takes a Loss

Salisbury lost against East Davidson back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hornets lost 13-2 to the Golden Eagles. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Salisbury's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for East Davidson, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Salisbury will challenge North Rowan at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hornets' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cavaliers have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season. As for East Davidson, they will take on Salisbury at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
