Soccer Recap: Palmyra-Macedon Takes a Loss

Palmyra-Macedon lost against East Rochester back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Red Raiders lost 8-0 to the Bombers. While losing is never fun, Palmyra-Macedon can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 337th, while East Rochester are ranked 61st).

Palmyra-Macedon dropped their record down to 7-6-2 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for East Rochester, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Palmyra-Macedon will face off against Newark at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for East Rochester, they will square off against Williamson at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
