East Rankin Academy never let their opponents score on Friday. They put the hurt on the Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders with a sharp 11-0 win. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Crusaders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Aiden Carlisle and Jordan Porter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Carlisle pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Porter tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Those zero hits allowed gave him a new career-low. At bat, Carlisle went 2-for-4 with one triple and one run, while Porter scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. That triple marked the first that Carlisle hit this season.
