After losing to Nazareth Academy the last time they met, Joliet Catholic decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Hilltoppers came out on top against the Roadrunners by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Hilltoppers as they're now sitting on three straight.

While Joliet Catholic won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-22.

Joliet Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 11-14. As for Nazareth Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-22 record this season.

Joliet Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Glenbard North on the 9th. As for Nazareth Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Cristo Rey Jesuit on the 9th.
