Baseball Game Preview: Abingdon Commandos vs. West Prairie Cyclones

The Abingdon Commandos are taking a road trip to challenge the West Prairie Cyclones at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Abingdon will be strutting in after a victory while West Prairie will be coming in after a loss.

While Commandos fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Wednesday's season opener. They had just enough and edged out Stark County 7-6.

Meanwhile, West Prairie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 9-4 to Biggsville West Central.
