Soccer Recap: George C. Marshall Takes a Loss

George C. Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 4-2 to the McLean Highlanders. While losing is never fun, George C. Marshall can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 222nd, while McLean are ranked 35th).

George C. Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9-2. As for McLean, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-1-2 record this season.

As of now, neither George C. Marshall nor McLean have any future games scheduled.
