Softball Recap: Perrin-Whitt Comes Up Short

Perrin-Whitt fell victim to Lindsay and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 11-0 to the Knights. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Pirates' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Perrin-Whitt now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lindsay, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Perrin-Whitt will square off against rival Alvord at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Lindsay is set to challenge their familiar foe Chico at 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
