Recap: Saugerties Sawyers vs. Roosevelt Roughriders
On Tuesday, Saugerties beat Roosevelt 64-51. The win made it back-to-back wins for Saugerties.
Saugerties' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jack Parisio, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Parisio has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Van Valkenburg, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
The victory got Saugerties back to even at 9-9.
Saugerties will head out on the road to take on Washingtonville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
