Football Recap: Divine Child Starts Season with Victory at Home + How To Watch

Divine Child gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They breezed past the Mumford Mustangs to the tune of 56-0. Given the Falcons' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 117th, while the Mustangs are ranked 425th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Divine Child will host Lake Fenton at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. As for Mumford, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Hamady at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
