Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sanger). They blew past the Gainesville Leopards, posting an 80-22 victory. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Sanger's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Reginald Jones, who rushed for 165 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.7 yards per carry. Jones is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 120 every time he's taken the field this season. Joel Rodriguez was another key pass catcher, picking up 156 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Sanger pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.5 points over those games. As for Gainesville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coming up, Sanger will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Farmersville at 7:00 p.m. The Indians will be up against the Farmers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.22 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Gainesville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
